You can get access to Candidate Profiles by logging in to your account. Go to "Manage Jobs" section. You will be able to see an icon. Click on it to view the applications. The candidate will be notified that his application has been viewed.
For more applications, your job post must be promoted. You can opt fot the paid services for more applications.
