Roles & Responsibilities 1. Study design briefs and requirements. 2. Assimilate and understand the brand identity and be able to develop graphical content that aligns with the same. 3. Develop and amplify a graphic layout design for formal documents and reports. 4. Conceptualise visuals based on a requirement. 5. Understanding the social, cultural and commercial implications of a product, brand or service. 6. Understanding the intended target audience for the aforementioned product, brand or service. 7. Propose a suitable format or graphic medium as per brand’s or product’s image. 8. Find, research and create an innovative graphic design solution for our social media handles. 9. Work with communication’s team across other brands and teams. Skills & Requirements 1. A portfolio of illustrations or other graphics. 2. Hands-on experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch. 3. An understanding of Figma and Zeplin is appreciated. 4. Must be nimble with Canva or equivalent software. 5. Quality understanding of pop-culture and awareness of day to day happenings is a plus. 6. Decent communication skills. 7. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. 8. Degree or certification in design course or fine arts is a plus. 9. Html and CSS is a plus but not required. What we offer: 1. The Free Stand community is 30,000 college student strong. Our community is entirely centred in Delhi and NCR regions. More than 85% of the products in the FMCG/CPG industry fail every year due to inefficient distribution and outreach to its target audiences. Free Stand believes that digital product sampling along with other Free Stand products is the solution to this problem.
